Mercato
Mercato, which means “market” in Italian, is the first themed mall in the Middle East and the UAE, which brings together the choicest of international lifestyle offerings, in addition to many exclusive brands. Based on a distinctive Renaissance architectural concept, Mercato predominantly captures Italian, French and Spanish flavors and artistic characteristics, playing host to regular fairs and festivals from each country.

During every festival, the mall adopts an interesting theme, and turns into a fully decorated destination to reflect the same! The mall has won several awards in the past for its outstanding decoration, while being a key partner in the Dubai Shopping Festival and the Dubai Summer Surprises. In 2007, the mall received the prestigious Innovation Award from the DSF committee for the Best Mall Décor. In 2008, once again, the mall was honored to receive the Innovation Award for the category “Best Overall Event”.
