Laila Suhail

Laila Suhail is actively involved in charting the overall strategy for the Dubai Events and Promotions Establishment, while also ensuring effective communication with sponsors/private sector during DSF and DSS. With an excellent academic record, accredited professional training and around 14 years association with the annual shopping and summer events, Laila Suhail has initiated projects and event ideas throughout the years for both DSF and DSS, achieving the set targets and turning them into internationally acclaimed events.

Ibrahim Mohammed Saleh
Coordinator General

Ibrahim Mohammed Saleh joined Dubai Events and Promotions Establishment in 1996 as a member of the organising committee representing the Department of Economic Development. He was responsible for organising and supervising promotion campaigns during DSF, which proved to be extremely successful on a regional and international level. His administrative and organising capabilities were given due recognition in 1999 when he was given the role of Vice CEO of DSF and DSS. He currently holds the position of Coordinator General of Dubai Events and Promotions Establishment.

Yousif Mubarak
Chief Operations Officer

Yousif Mubarak began his career at the Dubai Events and Promotions Establishment as a volunteer in 1997. His innate ability to communicate with people from all levels saw Yousif Mubarak take on the mantle of Chief Operating Officer in 2008 – a position that makes him one among a few decision makers in the Dubai Events and Promotions Establishment. His hands-on approach to tasks has seen him become extremely popular amongst those who know him. He is currently involved in overseeing the annual events strategy for Dubai Events and Promotions Establishment and also holds responsibility for all operational aspects of DEPE-organised events.
